In this article, we will show you where, as an internal administrator, you can create an organizational goal, modify an existing goal, and view all organizational goals in an overview.
Viewing All Organizational Goals and Creating a New Organizational Goal
Please note: An organizational goal can be created or modified in two different places. The most efficient method is outlined below.
- Click on 'Management.'
- Click on 'Organizational Goals.'
On this page, you will see all active organizational and team goals. Organizational goals are always listed at the top, followed by other team goals below.
You can edit existing organizational goals here and also create a new organizational goal. Many steps are the same.
- Click '+ New team goal' to create a new organizational goal. A window will open on the right where you can set the following points:
- Select 'Organizational goal.'
- Fill in the goal under 'Name.'
- You can add additional information about the goal in 'Description.'
- Fill in 'Available from' and 'Available until' with dates if your organization uses organizational goals per calendar year or cycle.
- Click 'Create Goal' to save the goal.
Editing Existing Goals
An existing organizational goal can always be edited by following the steps below:
- Click on the existing goal.
- Click on the three dots (...).
- Click on 'Edit team goal.'
Afterward, you can adjust the desired settings, as described above.
