Ratings and evaluations can have multiple statuses, and this affects who can see what. Below are the explanations for each status:
Status: Open
When the evaluation has an "Open" status, no one has written anything yet.
Status: Draft
When you save an evaluation as a draft, only you can see what has been filled in up to that point. Save it as a draft if you're not finished writing the evaluation or review.
Status: Sent
When you are satisfied with what you have written in an evaluation or review, you can send it. When you send an evaluation, it becomes visible to others who have the right to access it, such as your supervisors. They will also receive a notification that you have sent your evaluation/review. Sent evaluations can still be edited.
Status: Final
When all parties are satisfied with an evaluation or review, those with the appropriate permissions, usually supervisors or HR department members, can make an evaluation or review final. A final evaluation cannot be changed.
