When you regularly reflect on your goals, you maximize your learning from what's going well and what can be improved. Throughout the year, you can track the progress of your goals by adding a smiley and writing a note, explaining why you chose a particular smiley color. In this article, we will explain how to do this:
- Select a goal you want to reflect on.
- Use a smiley to indicate how your goal has been progressing over the past period and how confident you are in achieving it.
- Next, you can also add substantive reflection by writing a note. You can mention what went well during the past period, what could be improved, and what you plan to do in the upcoming period.
By regularly adding notes, you build a logbook. You'll have all your notes readily available when you write your self-evaluation. This makes preparing for your evaluation conversation easier and faster!
- Then, specify who can see your note.
- When you're done writing your note, click 'Save'.
